We recognize that this is a difficult time for you and we will do our very best to assist in the speedy release of your vehicle. To ensure that happens we need you to go through this check list to make sure you arrive prepared. Please note however, releases can take up to 90 minutes to complete.
You will need to bring your current registration with you. If the vehicle is not current on the registration, you will need to visit your local Department of Motor Vehicles to get a copy. If you are not on the registration (IE: Your spouse is only listed, or a family member who purchased the vehicle) that person will need to be present. This includes rental cars and company owned vehicles.
You will need to bring your valid government issued (drivers license, passport, DMV ID card) identification card that matches your valid registration.
If a hold was placed on your vehicle, you will need this form. You will not need
a release form if a hold was not placed on your vehicle.
We do not accept checks of any kind on impound releases. You will need cash or a credit / debit card in your name.
If your drivers license was confiscated by law enforcement, you will need your pink form and two forms of additional ID (passport, birth certificate, social security card, military ID, state issued ID)
